Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sauti Yako. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sauti Yako platform. Sauti Yako is operated as a Joint Venture between Red Beans LLC (1308 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) and Red Beans Enterprises (TIN: 144-268-253, Tanzania), collectively referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any Sauti Yako services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Acceptable Use and Voice Cloning Restrictions
Sauti Yako provides advanced Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Voice Cloning tools. You are solely responsible for the content you generate. You strictly agree NOT to use our platform to:
- Clone the voice of any individual without their explicit, documented legal consent.
- Generate audio that is defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, or impersonates public figures, politicians, or private individuals for malicious purposes (deepfakes).
- Violate any local, national, or international laws, including copyright and intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
3. Intellectual Property
The Sauti Yako platform, its original software, branding, and proprietary AI models remain the exclusive property of the Joint Venture. You retain ownership of the text you input and the specific audio files you generate, provided they comply with our Acceptable Use policy.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All purchases, including “Kazi,” “Mkuu,” and “Top-Up” packages, are non-refundable once characters or limits have been utilized. In the event of an account suspension due to a Terms violation, no refunds will be issued.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in the competent courts of these respective jurisdictions.
