“As Is” Service: All artificial intelligence outputs, including Text-to-Speech and Voice Cloning, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high fidelity, Sauti Yako makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the perfect accuracy, pronunciation, or absolute likeness of generated audio.
Indemnification regarding AI Output: Sauti Yako acts solely as a technological tool. Sauti Yako, Red Beans LLC, Red Beans Enterprises, and its affiliates shall bear absolutely no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of audio generated on our platform. The user assumes full legal, financial, and ethical responsibility for the deployment, distribution, and commercialization of any audio created using Sauti Yako.
User Accountability: You agree to indemnify and hold Sauti Yako harmless against any claims, lawsuits, or demands—including legal fees—arising from your use of the platform, specifically including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, lack of consent for voice cloning, or misrepresentation.
